Paris-born Alice Teichert’s ethereal graphic work is inspired by a rich background in art, music and literature. Her love of the old masters is evident in the composition and colours she chooses. Layers of iridescent blue, soft green and yellow acrylic gels add depth, texture and movement to this stunning painting.

Alice Teichert, RCA, was born in Paris, France, in 1959. She studied music, philosophy and visual arts in Belgium and France. Since 1989, she has built an international career with over 40 solo exhibitions in Canada, France, Switzerland, Germany and Australia.
The recipient of numerous awards, in 2024, she was inducted into the prestigious Royal Academy of Canadian Arts (RCA) in recognition of her exceptional contribution to the visual arts. Alice Teichert’s paintings are held in many private, corporate and public collections worldwide.
